1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement governing the use of the uubdt platform and its services. These Terms apply between uubdt ("we", "us", "the platform") and registered users ("you", "member").

By creating an account or using any service on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

uubdt operates as a secure and reliable online gaming platform. We are committed to ensuring the highest level of protection for our members through SSL encryption and fair play principles.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services on the uubdt platform, you must be 21 years of age or older. We strongly discourage underage gambling and take all necessary steps to verify age.

2.2 Registration Requirements

When registering an account, you must comply with the following conditions:

• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Each individual may operate only one account.
• While multiple members of the same household may open separate accounts, operating more than one account from the same device or IP address is prohibited.
• The identity document used for the account must be valid and belong to you personally.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and security information confidential.

2.3 Identity Verification

We may request identity verification at any time. In such cases, you may be required to provide a national ID card, passport, or other government-approved documents. Until verification is complete, deposits, withdrawals, or other services may be temporarily suspended.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We strongly advise against sharing your login details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

3.2 Updating Account Information

If any of your personal details change — such as your phone number, email address, or payment method — please log in and update the information or contact support. uubdt is not responsible for transaction delays caused by outdated or incorrect information.

3.3 Multiple Account Prohibition

Creating or operating more than one account under the same member's name is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and any bonus winnings may be forfeited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The payment methods currently supported on uubdt are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major banks such as Sonali Bank, Islami Bank, and Dutch Bangla Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply for withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method originally used for the deposit, unless the support team explicitly permits otherwise.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Large withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.
• If additional verification is required by uubdt, the withdrawal processing time may vary.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be met before submitting a withdrawal request.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the uubdt platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in foreign currencies, a conversion rate will apply and additional charges may be incurred.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

First-time depositors on uubdt receive a 200% welcome bonus of up to ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to activate the bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving the welcome bonus, a 25x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a set validity period; expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
• More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time, unless the promotion states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be fully met before withdrawing any winnings earned from a bonus.
• If bonus terms are violated, uubdt reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
• uubdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

The uubdt VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.5% weekly cashback, Silver — up to 1.0% weekly cashback, and Gold — up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Players can advance to higher tiers through regular play.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

The uubdt platform offers casino games, slots, fishing games, bingo, and sports betting. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed in the game interface. Players are advised to read the rules of each specific game carefully before playing.

6.2 Sports Betting Policy

A variety of markets are available for sports betting — such as match winner, total runs, over/under, and more. Betting is available on Bangladesh cricket, football, kabaddi, and international events (T20, IPL, BPL, ICC, FIFA).

• If in-play betting is available, the applicable special terms must be read before participating.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, uubdt reserves the right to void those bets.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake amount for the related bet will be refunded.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a server error, loss of internet connection, or other technical reasons, the resolution determined by uubdt shall be considered final. If an error results in an invalid win being displayed, we reserve the right to void that win.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uubdt platform:

• Fraudulent Activity: Registering with false information, using another person's identity, or engaging in forgery.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts or manipulating the system to obtain bonuses.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploiting System Vulnerabilities: Using technical errors or loopholes to gain unfair profit.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, or other automated methods.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to influence outcomes.
• Allowing Minors Access: Permitting minors to use your account.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by uubdt

uubdt reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms violation is found.
• If fraudulent or deceptive activity is suspected.
• If a member does not cooperate with identity verification.
• At the direction of a legal or regulatory authority.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period.

8.2 Closure by the Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closing your account, please inform the support team about any active bonuses and wagering requirements.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that remain inactive for an extended period, uubdt may apply a maintenance fee or suspend the account. The relevant member will be notified by email in advance.

9 Limitation of Liability

uubdt operates as an entertainment platform. uubdt is not directly liable for any financial losses incurred through use of the platform, though we are always committed to providing fair and transparent service.

• uubdt is not liable for losses caused by internet disconnection or technical failure.
• uubdt is not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, etc.).
• uubdt strives to provide uninterrupted service, but the service may be temporarily disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Game outcomes are determined by fair algorithms; each game session is independent and previous results do not determine future outcomes.
